    1. This Loyalty Scheme is only valid for active real money accounts on www.aspers.com 
    2. After you have made your first successful deposit you will automatically become a Bronze player. This allows you to participate in our general weekly promotions which include regular and one-off offers. All of our weekly/monthly offers are subject to a combination of their own and our General Promotion Terms and Conditions so please see the individual promotional pages for further details.
    3. As soon as you have made your second deposit, you will be upgraded to our Silver Class. Keep depositing and playing further, and you may move into our Gold Class.
    4. Entry into Ruby, Emerald or Elite Diamond class is generally by invitation only but you can apply for this upgrade through emailing this address: vip@aspers.com with your username and proof of VIP status elsewhere and your account will be personally reviewed by one of our Loyalty Team. To ensure you are able to receive invitations into the three highest levels, please ensure both your email and contact phone-number (if indeed you wish to be contacted via phone) is correct within the ‘My Details’ page of My Account (when logged in).
    5. At Aspers Online Casino, we only downgrade a member to a lower class in the following circumstances: a) If any Ruby, Emerald or Elite Diamond account is unable to sustain the same level of play which saw them invited into that class. b) Has not produced the monthly average activity within their specified class for more than one month. c) If an account has been dormant for more than 90 days or d) if we believe a member has purposefully tried to take advantage of our games, promotions or goodwill and, in any such case, the member will be moved to our ‘red class’ level which disqualifies them from any promotions. If you are involved in such an event you have the right to appeal through emailing vip@aspers.com stating your username and the reason you should be exempted from the downgrade.
    6. Management reserves the right to withdraw or amend this scheme or any of its offers at any time and without prior notice. The decision of the management team is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    7. Wins and subsequent withdrawals deemed to be derived from any part of the annual Birthday Bonus will only be honoured for players that have made at least one real money deposit 30 days prior of receiving said Birthday bonus
    8. All upgrades and downgrades are subject to management's discretion
    9. Upgrade bonuses and birthday bonuses both carry a 25x wagering requirement and a maximum of 10x the bonus amount will be converted into real funds once wagering is completed - unless otherwise stated.
    10. Withdrawal pending period times are defined according to each player class, however exceptions apply depending on the time of request. Processing starts at 10am GMT from Monday to Friday and any requests after 10am will be allocated the following working day. It then takes between 3-5 working days to reflect on your account depending on your bank.
